Terms and Conditions of Charter

1. Bookings
Charter reservations made by telephone must be confirmed in writing within 14 days & accompanied by the appropriate deposit The balance to be paid 28 days prior to date of charter.
2. Cancellations.
If you have to cancel a charter please advise us as soon as possible & we will make every effort to re-book but if we are unable to, we are entitled to claim compensation. If a charter has to be cancelled by us, a refund of any monies paid will be made.
3 Dive Conduct
All diving must conform to BSAC, SAA, or PADI Standards. A named Dive Marshall shall take sole responsibility for all diving activities, ensuring the dive sites chosen are within the groups capabilities, and be the primary contact with the skipper.
A prominent SMB must be used on all drift dives. No diver may enter the water without the express permission of the skipper.
4 Liability.
Cee King Charters accepts no liability whatsoever for any accident, damage, loss or injury, however caused effecting the charter, his/her party or their belongings. Charter parties should be covered by their own personal accident and equipment insurance. We also advise taking holiday cancellation insurance to cover themselves in the event of late cancellation.
